Three/Five Axes AC Servo Driven Robots

Introducing the state-of-the-art Three/Five Axes AC Servo Driven Robots, expertly tailored for horizontal plastic injection machines ranging from 50-850T capacity. These precision marvels are engineered to deliver rapid and exacting removal, ensuring impeccable aesthetics for both finished products and sprues. Featuring two distinct arm types - single stage and telescopic - these robots offer flexibility with vertical strokes for single stage models at 600/800/1000/1200mm and telescopic models at 900/1000/1200/1400/1600mm. Powered by full AC servo motors, the robots operate on three axes (traverse/crosswise/main arm) and five axes (traverse/crosswise/vertical for main arm & sub-arm), achieving super high-speed take-out in just 1.4 seconds with a dry cycle time of 5.6 seconds. The linear movement is impeccably controlled by advanced servo-driven systems, working in harmony with a high-rigidity linear guide rail structure to deliver precise take-out and exceptional repeatability. Additionally, for customized needs, AC/BC rotation axes are available to meet diverse product requirements.
