Drying Procedure
1.Low dew-point -40° of dehumidified air will be obtained simultaneously byreducing pressure rapidly in the dehumidifying tower.
2.Excessive oil and water content from the compressed air supply of workshopwill be filtered before sending to dehumidified air will be continuously deliveredto close hopper dryer until moisture expelled to be dried.
3.-40°~-50° dew point of dehumidified air will be continuously delivered toclose hopper dryer until moisture expelled to dried.
4.Air was delivered in one way direction under the system which no requiredregeneration dehumidified air.

ZCDH seres-3 in 1 compact dehumidifying dryer integrate the function of dehumidifying,drying and two-stage conveying into one machine.The device consists of 3 parts:honeycomb rotor dehumidifying,insulated dryer and stainless steel auto loader,with compact design to save space,ideal to high demands of automation system and limited working space.lt adapts PLC controller with the superior features on easy operation,stable function,and low power consumption.The drying air flow ranges from 25-400m/hr.In addition,we design optic class 3 in 1 compact dehumidifying dryers for optic products to satisfy with customers' various demands.
Features
1.3 in 1 compact dehumidifying dryers are equipped with honeycomb rotorwhich can acquire stable low dew-point drying air.
2.Using silica gel absorption honeycomb dehumidification, regenerationtemperature only 150°C, compared with molecular sieve structure needsmore than 200°Cregeneration temperature to save energy.
3.To integrate the function of dehumidifying,drying and two-stageconveying into single unit .Three-stage conveying function is optional.
4.Conveying system is equipped with shut -off valve to ensure no remainingmaterial in hopper tube.
5.The dehumidifying system employ double coolers for ensuring lowerreturn air temperature and dew-point value.
6.Optical-class models use mirror polished treatment on the materialcontact surface to avoid material contamination and collocate conveying system with closed-loop in order to avoid the possibility of moistureregain for absorbing outside air during material conveying.
7.Completed safety protection and error indicator with multiple protectiondevice.
8.Return air filter is installed inside to ensure no powder & dust contamin-ation to the honeycomb rotor.

Notes: The hopper capacity of ZKD series is calculated by the material density of 0.6 kg/L. If there are some differences in customer's material density, hopper capacity should be adjusted proportionally.
