Three/ Five Axes AC Servo Driven Robots are extensively applied tohorizontal plastic injection machines from 50-850T which aremainlvdesianed for rapid and precise removal on strict demands of good appearance of finished products and sprues. There are two types of arms -single stage and telescopic. The vertical strokes for single stage are 600/800/1000/1200 and for telescopic are 900/1000/1200/1400/1600mm. Full AC servo motors are driven on three axes (traverse/crosswiselmain arm) and five axes (traverse/crosswiselvertical for main arm & subarm). take-out at super high-speed 1.4 sec and dry cycle time within 5.6 seconds. Allinearmovement are controlled by servo driven controlsystems to cooperate with high rigidity structure of linear guide ral for realizing high precise take-out and accurate repeatability. in addition,AC/BC rotation axescan be customized for meeting customers'various products reguirement.
